Mind Tech Consultancy LTD is a UK software engineering consultancy based between Didcot and Oxford. A senior engineer with eighteen years of delivery experience does the work.
Background
Most of those years went into Angular front ends backed by .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365, in banking, finance, insurance, e-commerce and agritech. The common thread is complexity: a lot of data, a lot of rules, and an interface that still has to be quick to use.
We own the front-end architecture: component design, design systems, state management, reactive forms and API integration. Backend work comes with it when a feature needs it, mainly in .NET and C#, and more recently Node.js and Python.
How we work
Years of Scrum and Kanban in cross-functional teams, with code review and mentoring as a normal part of the week. Clean architecture and maintainable code are what make the second year of a project cheaper than the first.
Engagements usually put an embedded senior engineer alongside your team, which keeps decisions close to the people who will live with them.
